We ship all of our products using Royal Mail, DHL, or FedEx.
For next day delivery, your order must be received by 12pm. If you place your order after 12pm, your order will be shipped the following day.
The shipping costs offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.
How long does delivery take?
Our aim is to delivery your order within 2-5 working days (not including the weekends). This includes the time is takes to process your order. Sometimes orders can be delivered earlier, however, we are not able to guarantee delivery times.
Has my order been shipped?
We will confirm once we have shipped your order via email and send you a tracking number.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from us containing a tracking link. With this link, you can easily track your delivery.
I made a mistake with the delivery address. Can I still change it?
In general, it is not possible to change the delivery address after placing the order. This has to do with the fact that the warehouse will start collecting your order as soon as possible in order to be able to send it out for you in time. Please check which address you enter. Should you notice that you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible (Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.). If your order has not yet been processed by the warehouse, we will do our best to change the address for you.
Can a minor accept the delivery?
We understand that it is sometimes difficult to plan to be at home at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, Beer Bull is not allowed and does not want to sell and/or deliver any packages to persons under the age of 18 for any orders containing items such as alcohol. We have built several age checks into the order procedure. In order to make sure that all our products are handed over to an adult (and thus act in accordance with laws and regulations), the delivery person can inquire about the age and ask for identification. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. In that case, please contact customer service.
I missed my delivery. What now?
If no one is at home, or if there is no adult who can accept the products, the delivery person will either take it back and try again the next day or will try to deliver it with a neighbour. They will leave you a note to inform you. If it has not been delivered with a neighbour, you can manage your parcel via the tracking link and re-arrange delivery.
The billing address is not correct, can I change it?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the billing address after ordering.
